This policy explains what personal information Vkomak Design Hub, a division of Vkomak Technologies, collects when you use this website or engage our services, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

This website does not run a server-side database and does not require an account. The information we hold comes from you contacting us directly:

• Enquiry details. When you complete a form on this site, the details are assembled into a message that opens in WhatsApp or your email client. Nothing is submitted to us until you choose to send that message.
• Contact information. Name, email address, phone number and company name, where you provide them.
• Project information. Briefs, files, brand material and any content you share with us during an engagement.
• Technical information. Standard server logs recorded by our hosting provider, including IP address, browser type and pages requested.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a scope or quotation
• To deliver work you have commissioned and communicate about it
• To issue invoices and maintain accounting records as required by law
• To improve this website and understand which pages are useful

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use your project information to train machine learning models.

Cookies and analytics

This site stores one preference in your browser’s local storage — your chosen display currency — so that pricing appears consistently as you navigate. It contains no personal information and is not transmitted to us.

If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated to name the provider and describe what is collected before it is enabled.

Third parties

Contacting us through the buttons on this site opens WhatsApp, your email client or your phone dialler. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We also use reputable providers for website hosting, email and accounting; each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to twelve months. Project records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your information sooner where we are not legally obliged to retain it.

Your rights

You can ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete it where we are not required to keep it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Write to contactus@vkomaktechnologies.com and we will respond within thirty days.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information in our care, including access controls and encrypted storage for client files. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.

Confidentiality of your work

We publish client work in our portfolio only with permission. If a project is confidential or under embargo, tell us and it stays private indefinitely. We will always ask before publishing anything.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
