Senior Brand Designer
You will lead identity projects end to end — running the category audit, developing directions, presenting to clients and building the system that ships. This is a role for someone who can defend a decision as comfortably as they can make one.
Chennai, India Full time 5+ years Remote-friendly
What you would do
- Own identity engagements from discovery through to documented handover
- Run competitor audits and translate findings into creative territory
- Present work to client stakeholders and hold a position under challenge
- Build guidelines and template systems non-designers can actually follow
- Mentor mid-level designers through review and pairing
What we are looking for
- Five or more years in brand or identity design, agency or studio side
- A portfolio showing systems, not just marks
- Genuine command of typography and vector craft
- Comfort presenting to and disagreeing with senior stakeholders
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator
Nice to have
- Packaging or retail experience
- Motion or animation capability
- Experience working alongside engineering teams
