UI/UX Designer
You will design product interfaces where the hard part is the flow, not the surface. Expect to spend as much time in analytics and user flows as in high-fidelity screens.
Chennai, India Full time 3+ years Remote-friendly
What you would do
- Map user flows and information architecture before visual design
- Design responsive interfaces across web and mobile breakpoints
- Build and maintain component libraries with documented states
- Produce prototypes and developer-ready specifications
- Design accessible interfaces to WCAG 2.2 AA as a baseline
What we are looking for
- Three or more years designing digital products
- A portfolio showing flows and reasoning, not only final screens
- Strong Figma skills including components, variants and auto-layout
- Working understanding of accessibility requirements
- Ability to explain a design decision in terms of user behaviour
Nice to have
- Front-end familiarity (HTML, CSS, React)
- Experience running usability testing
- Design system governance experience
